Svetlana is a multi-disciplinary artist and embodiment practitioner. Her polyvalent background spans arts, communication, and business.
Dance has been an anchoring practice throughout Svetlana’s life. In childhood she trained in Russian classical ballet and later explored other styles -Jazz, RnB, hip-hop, Contemporary, Brazilian Zouk, modern Street, etc. It was, however, with the discovery of meditation and free-flow movement, such as 5 Rhythms, Ecstatic Dance, authentic movement, as well as the works of Mary Stark Whitehouse, Gabriel Roth, Pina Baush, Steve Paxton, et al., when her practice evolved. Dance and body became not only vehicles for artistic expression, but a research method to explore life.
The core topics of Svetlana’s interest are those of mindful living, collective & personal well-being, value-based leadership, and how these can be integrated in the quotidien through embodiment, meditation and art. In her creations Svetlana likes to bring elements from diverse disciplines and connect the dots.
Today Svetlana explores the improvisation aspects of dance, its therapeutic benefits, the concept of somatic movement & embodied flow, as well as the relationship between the language and the body. Meditation, movement and text are all in the toolkit of her creative space. She is a trained facilitator in Inner Dance, a Neuromindfulness practitioner (ICF accredited), the author of projects MBody Lab and The Sacred Language of Dance.
Svetlana believes in a role our inner creators have to play in the individual and collective change, and in art as both a social (even political) activism and an alchemical process, synchronising the material and the spiritual planes and promoting integrity.
About MBody Lab
MBody Lab is the space created for exploration of life in movement and flow where both questions and answers can be found and experienced through the body.
We tap into a broad array of topics and every time enter the practice with a different question/concept to move with. Our inquiry engages various tools to activate somatic intelligence: mindfulness meditation, dance improvisation, authentic movement, breathwork, writing and other creative & reflective methods. Sharing in dialogues or circles is also a part of the process.
Besides research, MBody Lab is also a place of just being for yourself, with yourself & others, with no judgement.
A place for playing, sensing, discovering, reclaiming and reintegrating your various parts - to get a glimpse into an expanded, perhaps more wholesome version of yourself.
I am a Human Design Analyst and Teacher, and a very tribal being in every way. Dreaming of the world of humans where every being knows and accepts themselves exactly as they are. And even though I am fully aware that’s an illusion, I love to imagine it to be so, and my work, which is also my absolute passion, makes it possible, one human at a time.
For over 10 years I lived in eco communities, mostly in Israel and USA, where unity with nature, and heart connection with other fellow humans was a natural state. Even though there is a clear understanding that oneness and complete unity are impossible on the material plane due to its Design, once we are in tune with ourselves, we attract those on our fractal, and this creates space for mutual empowerment, sharing and profound support. I aim to bring this frequency to the project.
Before 2020, I often found myself in the world of musicians, usually backstage. Even though I do not play any musical instruments, I make music mostly when I analyze the Human Design Chart .

I am the one who loves the Earth since ancient times. They live in harmony with nature, animals and themselves. I listen to the Heart and follow the voice of the Soul. I look at the world through the eyes of Love so that you too can see, dear man. My gift is to capture the essence of the being and the power of the moment through photography. I am a dancer of Light and a guide on the path of ascension, thus through my own story, which I let the space sound through written words, told stories, photographs, paintings, jewelry and ritual objects with the Soul.
I feel very grateful to be a part of Sacred Dance this year and to capture these unique moments with my heart. We look forward to you!

I love dance in all its forms. Dance is for me a connection with the present moment, the wild and gentle play of all elements, fleeting and deep meetings, reconciliations, both the silence of a spring in winter and huge thundering summer river of ardent lava.
Dance is the voice of my Heart.
I see Dance as the dynamic balance between the structure of a project manager and the fluency of a contact impro dancer. With this feeling, with all that Dance means to me, I bring this energy to create my daily steps and big projects too.
I consider life the biggest gift and I let myself be carried with never ending joy and curiosity about all what life has to offer.

Mitsch Kohn is a composer, a music producer and a pianist, was born in 1974 in northern Germany and now lives in Berlin. Mitsch’s highest intention is to feel and transmit the essence of music. As a heart musician, he is passionate about heart energy in the musical moment. Learning an instrument in childhood, he soon explored the freedom of improvisation writing songs to create his own organic, musical expression. He took the road of self-education, gained band experiences and took the first steps in recording and engineering. At 18 he wrote his first score for a local film and worked for a record company. He experienced the birth, growth and production of his creation. After finishing school and completing his social service year, he traveled extensively through the United States and Australia. Studying music and arts further ignited his passion for composing music.
As a composer Mitsch won several international competitions. One of his biggest music performances was a peace symphony for 240 musicians in 2009. As producer he is giving his attention not only to music but also to self development audio books under his own label www.soulfruit-connection.com.
In a new and ongoing event in Berlin and Leipzig called “Intuitive Klangzeit“ Mitsch alone or with other heart musicians explore new musical paradigms creating new age and minimal based, meditative, instant composing sessions, from silence into sound and back into silence. An awe inspiring concert with Syrian clarinetist Kinan Azmeh and Kosmosklang Pina Rücker (crystal bowls) in Leipzig in Feb 2012 raised consciousness and awareness to this organic, of-the-moment musical expression. Mitsch realizes the only boundaries to music are the ones we impose on ourselves. With every note and every pause Mitsch opens his heart to the divine communication of music.

I am a woman, a teacher and a student of life. Like everyone, I deal with different situations, reactions and emotions every day, so I ask if I am following the right path of my heart. When I practice, teach and meditate, this question has no place in my life. Then just SOM. When fully connected, the SELF also disappears and remains SOM, and then I feel the meaning of life.
I got into yoga 15 years ago, but I've been doing it for the last 4 years, when I came to France to help the Kundalini Yoga Ashram, and after the first day I said, "Nice yoga, but not for my life." And I haven't stopped since :). Gradually, I began to teach because my personal practice inspired others.
This year's festival will be refreshed by an exhibition of paintings by the painter Martina Konvičková MK ART.

I will guide you, paint your canvas black, experience destruction so that a new existence can be born. My reflection, my color image, shaman, guide…
